Stuck in a rut and can’t find a way out, things seem to go on in circles for years, and in the end, an endless abyss and confusion fog your site! This is a typical feeling when you have no idea what to do and there’s no one to whom you can turn towards. Here’s my personal 4-step routine to bring the never-ending ANTS (Automatic Negative Thoughts ) to rest. I am sure that there are other ways as well but for me these rules have been critical to moving forward in the most challenging of situations.

Forgiveness: Forgive everyone no matter how sour you are with them. Bad memories are luggage you don’t want to carry. Ask forgiveness from anyone also that you’ve hurt BUT from now on watch your back. Ego is the enemy and it never helps to drag bad memories along on the road to recovery.
Integrity: Your name is your business card, protect it with your life. Never go for short or long-term gains by unscrupulous means. Instances pass but a bad reputation sticks around for good.
Vulnerability: Out of your comfort zone into situations that challenge the status quo. Growth never comes in a static mode. Do what scares you the…
