Here’s a brief intro of Imran and Kokoro.
Imran Rehman is an organisation and employee-experience specialist, with expertise in developing build-measure-learn cycles for teams. Based in Vienna, Imran is a leadership coach as well as CEO of Kokoro, a web-based tool that helps create the conditions for healthy high-performance for teams and advancing employee experience — in real-time with a data-informed approach.
Kokoro was founded in 2018 because the founders felt the way how performance is measured and optimised is broken. The founders wanted to find new ways of helping people learn and grow. In the years of working with teams of all shapes and sizes, Kokoro realised the only way to effect change is to build different environments for teams to thrive in. So, we are still doing that.
Kokoro offers services and software to help teams move and improve. Customers are offered tools to understand team experience, build healthy high performing teams and all that in real-time and on the go.
