I got to know Mukul Anand at the onset of his entrepreneurial journey. Saw him purchase the equipment and set up his repair centre from scratch & make it into the R3 Factory that’s proudly serving its customers.

Employment Journey :
I finished my BE in ECE. In 2002, I began working for Axiom Telecom, where I remained until June 2016. I led Asia’s largest repair factory project in India in 2007 and then managed 13 Service centres in Saudi Arabia. Later, I launched the Phone2 pre-owned mobile brand, as well as buyback across all retail locations and, finally, XCustoms. The 13-year journey gave me enormous confidence, and I will be eternally grateful to my managers.
At the start of my Entrepreneurial Journey:
Telco D and R3 Factory were both established in 2017 and 2018. I wanted to connect used electronics traders via Telco D and complete the ecosystem via R3 Factory. In 2018.
R3 Factory’s Birth in 2018 & the future:
R3 stood for Repair, Renew, and Reuse and the values it represented were Transparency, Collaboration, Inclusiveness, and Empowerment.
