I strongly believe that by empowering your people by creating a growth culture of consistent learning, Employers can retain their best talent as well as successfully drive their business. But to do so the program has to be tailor-made by keeping in mind that ‘one size does not fit all.

When my employer decided to relocate me to their head office from their subsidiary in Kuwait to manage its Operations in Abu Dhabi, I noticed that the attrition rate was higher than expected.

The brand that I worked with had an incredible learning program albeit catering to employees with different cultural backgrounds. I found that employees did not feel engaged or motivated.
