It’s one thing boasting of a great service and another to living it. Customers are the lifeline of every organization and cherishing and nurturing these relationships take time and patience. Here’s our story from Syed Ali Yousuf relating the importance of true customer care:

I was relaxing on the beach after attending one of the conferences when I received a query on my LinkedIn feed. I had posted joining as a Global Director for Marketing and Business Development in one of the largest OEM and ODM manufacturers i.e. IMG Technology Group. Little did I know, this query from a potential customer would turn into a great life lesson. It was 2016, I invited this potential customer to meet my Chairman in China. We had 2–3 meetings with him and the Chairman formed his perception.

He had come to believe that this customer won’t be able to launch his own brand as he not only lacked the vision & finances to do so but also the knowledge required to stay afloat in the fast-paced, ever-evolving mobile industry.

While my heart told me otherwise, I could tell how passionate he was about his idea. I requested my Chairman to…
