I was working as a recruitment executive at Dusit Thani Lake View Hotel in Cairo in 2019. I’ve always had a belief that every human being has a hidden potential that requires a spark and a little push from someone to manifest.

It had been a usual day when a lady approached me saying “I would like to have an interview for any available opening”. I spoke to her with the intention to recognize her true potential so I could place her in the appropriate job where she could grow in time.
