Future Ready: The Fruits of Crippling Sanctions — You Can Either Feel Sorry For Yourself Or Create Your Own Future

Yesterday marked a special day when the dream of my six-month effort came to fruition. The first fully automatic coffee machine from KORON was installed in Dubai. But this is my work, Business Development and taking brands across regions, so this is not the story.

This is a story of a nation that has been sanctioned with every conceivable item on the list but still persists and manufactures its own goods. The country stays abreast of new technologies and its engineers and technicians create masterpieces of innovation that are also a piece of art owing to their rich civilization.

This is a lesson in perseverance and grit as many nations in our region went into collapse, decay and civil strife after similar sanctions had been imposed on them but these guys stood up, looked straight in the eyes of the challenge presented to them and said, “We Will Take Care Of You”, and they did.
